1. Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Tracking information provided upon shipment.
2. Express Shipping:
- Available for faster delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Additional fees apply.
3. Local Pickup:
- If you’re in the Sacramento area, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our shop. Simply select the pickup option at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Gear Now Sports apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
2. Exchanges:
- Need a different size or style? We’re happy to facilitate exchanges. Simply return the original item, and we’ll send you the new one upon receipt.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@gearnowsports.com. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days for a full refund or replacement.

Custom orders, including personalized jerseys and team apparel, are typically final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications provided during the order process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
