Custom Apparel Order: All custom apparel orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Since each item is made to order, please allow additional time for production. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard production time is 14 business days.
Rush production options are available. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

2. Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options, including:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA and select international locations. Please check at checkout to see if we ship to your location.
4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
5. Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
7. International Shipping:
For international orders, additional customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
